That's on the contrary, see W has every idea of what he's doing. The pronunciation he spits in the American's face is just for a show. The constant repetition of certain elementary words, the foolish mistakes he makes on stage. Yes he does them all on purpose, there is a logical reason to his madness. It's pure psychology.

The common American shall find him too incompetent at performing any unorthodox actions.

It just makes him all the more dangerous, however. The jester and the king all with the same pointed crown. He's fitting in with those common stereotypes on purpose. For starters, nobody says "commoner" anymore.

Secondly, I don't remember anybody saying "Man, Bush can't pronounce 'nuclear.' He must have no idea what he's doing." It's always been, "Hot damn, that guy's a fuck-up. Is he really that thoughtless?" These particular comments have nothing to do with his ability to pronounce words; they're more focused on the decisions he makes.
