When you say "computer"...computer accessible/usable by students? Or single processor computer? Or ... the list goes on. What are you trying to do (or just morbid curiosity?)

Actually, only some the cluster PCs are Precision workstations. Most of those are 2.0 to 2.4 GHz.

Newer Design clusters have OptiPlex GX620s. Those are the fastest in college.

The main PC lab in Brooks Hall has OptiPlex GX280s. Second fastest.

I'd know, I put them there.

^ They don't have 20" widescreen LCDs. I was in there this morning. They're standard 17" or 19" Dell LCDs.

they don't all have them...one full row is 20" widescreen, the rest are 19" standards...that's how it was last semester, anyway, when i was in a GIS/GPS/spatial tech class

Avent Ferry has the 3.2Ghz 620s I believe, and the Laundry lab has a bunch of G5s on the top floor.

More like in my office.

Actually, my employee's computers are better, but I'm too lazy to reconfigure all my software, so I just use the 3something GHz machine on my desk.

I meant in my personal office, since thats where all the servers are, but they aren't real cutting edge anymore.

What about the computers in the classroom next to the Jordan GIS lab. They have like LCD widescreen god knows how many inches monitors. Of course, only when class isn't in use but damn.
