He attends private school but they play all the Durham/Wake county public schools too.

I took him to Carmichael to play some pickup games before. He drew a crowd at the court we were playing on because he was hitting money shots from everywhere and we were playing with some pretty athletic dudes.

the only problem this year is that his head coach is showing strong preference for all the seniors on the team and there are 7 PGs (5 of them seniors) so he might have to play JV

His dad is pretty pissed about it because the scouts want him to play Varsity.

He has played in the inner city youth leagues in Durham and Raleigh. He always gets the MVP for the leagues because he follows through with his shots and he is smart on the court.

He was scoring over 30 pts a game in the YMCA 17yr old group when he was 14.

Oh yea, his coach at Ravenscroft played at Duke and always mentions the fact that he played against David Thompson.

I'm taking him to some basketball games this year. His favorite game was when I took him to the State/UVA football game in 2003. Slowly but surely I'm turning him RED.
