Obviously well taken care of, although kind of skinny, so she may have been stray for a day or two. It is a girl, although I can't tell if she is spayed. She has a huge "99" pendant around her neck accompanied by a flea and tick collar. PM me if you know who this dog belongs to.

take it to a vet, if it has a chip they might be able to scan it and get the name and address of the owner

after going door to door in the surrounding area, I found the owner of the dog... so she is at home now...

as for her legs, there is something up with her front legs, kinda deformed a little I think, so she can't run or anything... Oh well, case closed.

actually, the owner wasn't thrilled at all that I brought the dog back... she just gave a very half-assed thank you and closed the door... wasn't surprised at all... I don't think she knew her dog was missing the entire day...
