It would be a 7 month sub-lease although if somebody is interested in only subleasing for 6, that can be worked out. You could begin the lease sometime around or before Jan 1st depending on your availability. It's a really nice place with the standard kitchen, living room, washer, dyer, etc. It also had a dining room that's been turned into a movie room.

Rent is $388 per month plus 1/3rd of utilities. I'd be glad to show the place and tell you anything you want to know.
