Frozen.


The zoology chick who was looking for one never replied. I've got people coming over this weekend and I don't want to have to explain why I have dead animals in my fridge...again.

Anyway, the stray cat dragged this up yesterday, so, remembering a thread I saw on here, I bagged it and froze it within 10 minutes. It's in good shape, no visible wounds.

I figure someone on here needs one for a project, or is into taxidermy, or likes to dress small mammals in doll clothes and put on tiny puppet reenactments of great american musicals. Hey, I'm not judging, this thing just needs to be out of my freezer.

i have both rats and mice in my freezer...the roommates don't know, because i put it in a panera bag and told them they were bagels

i'd advise not feeding it to pet reptiles... always a risk of illness that can be transferred, despite being frozen.

if only i had a dermestid bettle colony started, i could make a lovely squirrel skeleton!!!

There are a lot of guys who tie fishing flies that really like squirrell fur. My dad bought a few squirell pelts a few years ago.
