I ask because the price on E-Bay has fallen a whole lot since the high a few days ago... I wonder why?

The market clearing price seems to have fallen to about $1300...

Are people now selling all the PS3s they get on E-Bay in response to the news hype about high prices on E-Bay?

its because ebay was flooded with them. If you wait until a little before xmas the prices will rise again significantly. Especially since the 2nd shipment isnt due till Jan
