Dear tech talk, so I got this camera from a friend. It didn't want it anymore the reasons will be obvious in a second. What I'm wondering is, is it possible to fix it, can the camera be rebuilt, faster, better and stronger. It looks pretty Shnaaaazy
I called sony they want 100 bucks just to look at it since, I have no papers, and I don't know of a camera shop that will repair lcd screens or dents in the casing. 11/18/2006 8:56:36 PM |

just from the fuzzy pictures I'd guess the lcd is broke if thats the case you should beable to still use it as a point and shoot, just use the viewfinder
the cost of digital cameras is now such that its usually much better to buy a new camera than repair an old for the 100 sony wants to charge you could get a new, halfway decent point and shoot 11/18/2006 11:39:38 PM |

It's a sony cybershot, the lcd screen is cracked like someone hit it with a hammer, and there's a dent in the front. 11/18/2006 11:41:22 PM |
