we'll be spending thanksgiving lunch there today ...

any comments/suggestions on what to eat/not eat?

^^I wouldn't worry too much about anything. As far as hospital food goes, theirs is actually not that bad. That's both a visitor's point of view, and the opinion of someone who spent months and months as a patient.

And with it being Thanksgiving, I'm guessing they'll do slightly better than their everyday food

I prefer the food they will deliver to the room. Just buy a meal ticket and order that.

Their cafeteria is good, but its not like CMC, Wake Forest, Duke. Those cafeterias are awesome.

The food I ate at UNC hospital yesterday was really bland.. The roast was good though. I was just happy to eat anything solid after 36 hours of not eating anything followed by 2 meals of liquids.

The food at Baptist seems good

until you realize that it's pretty much the same stuff every day.

I particularly love the specials bar, which seems to constantly serve the same thing with different names.

I had no idea that UNC's hospital had a Wendy's until the game last weekend.

the sushi at duke isnt bad.................isnt great either tho


the food last night was pretty good. Its pretty hit or miss with their cafeteria
