i need a roommate... badly! a girl, too. prefereably somebody without pets who's not allergic to cats (since I have two of them). i just bought a brand new townhouse off of Avent Ferry (down near where Avent Ferry and Tryon intersect) about 10 minutes from campus... if that. i had a roomie that just backed out on me. she was gonna move in at the end of December, so now i need somebody to replace her. it's a gorgeous two-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse... 2nd bedroom has big walk-in closet and a private bathroom. upstairs laundry facilities too... great b/c it's right beside the bedrooms if you're interested PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE contact me and i can give you more info!!!

it's only a townhouse, not a mansion... two cats are quite enough for that place
