best place to get one?

I don't need anything super nice because it gets thrown around doing what I do

I just need it to work, be reliable, be affordable


I guess I shoulda bought one on black friday like I did for my now old laptop but I had no idea I was gonna come into the office to find it dead this morning

I'm not doing anything special with my laptop except for the following

mobile work (reports, emails, printing forms)... but my work is in the field most of the time
cruising the internet
an occassional dvd on the road

I'll use my laptop as my desktop because my desktop at the office sucks


but I do need wireless built in, decent battery life, cd burner

ibm has gone back to retail, I'm not sure what lines they sell retail, but if you can get a T or an X series, I would go for one of those. otherwise if you don't have to have one today, get a dell
