I will be starting my M.S./Ph.D. at Penn State in January and I am looking for someone to rent my room from January 1 to May 15. I live in a very new apartment (Rhyne's Gate, built in 2004) that is extremely close to campus. There is a Wolfline/CAT bus stop across the street. It is only a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride to the brickyard. It is only a 5-minute walk to the many fast food restaurants and the Food Lion on Western Blvd. Here are some of the details:

Utilities: Pay half of electric (usually about $25/mo., half of about $50/mo.); water, cable, and wireless internet are included in rent
Laundry: Washer/Dryer in the apartment
Furnishings: Living Room mostly furnished, Bedroom unfurnished
Kitchen: Refrigerator, Oven, Range
Pets: No pets allowed
Parking: Limited, each roommate has a parking permit, visitors must park on the street outside the complex
Smoking: No smoking inside

the reason i didnt find location the best part is its kinda really ghetto-ish

i wouldnt feel as safe there as i would in other places
