I see that they are making a comeback. Along with everything from the 80's. But in your opinion are they dressy enough? It seems that every ensemble that I seeincludes a skinny tie paired with a pair of jeans and a sportcoat.

The only people I've ever seen wear skinny ties are the eccentric people. The people who were very very into the drama club. The people who put glue in their hair (yes glue) to style it. So my perspective is probably a little off, but I'm not that big a fan of skinny ties.
