I am moving out of my 2 bedroom/1 bath house at the end of the month. So it will be available the beginning of January. The house has a deck and a good sized back yard. Washer and dryer connections. Good sized kitchen with a dishwasher. Central air and gas heat. The house is located behind the Arby's on Hillsborough and is maybe a 15 minute walk to campus. The rent is $700. Naw not in the ghetto. Nice old ladies live next door and across the street. People on the other side own a business on Hillsborough Street. Pets are allowed. $150 security deposit. No monthly fee.

The house is approximately 800 square feet. It has one large bedroom and one medium bedroom. For storage there is also a large laundry room and an attic that runs the entire house. So there is plenty of room for storage. It is pretty much a stand alone apartment you just don't have any noisy neighbors.
