the place is located off of hillsborough (near fairgrounds) on Spice Ridge. 2 bedrooms 2 baths. Central heat and air. Gas fireplace. about 1000sqft.

The place isn;t too shabby- it;s not a brand new development but not a shit hole. has an old school dishwasher, washer and dryer included in the place.

Rent is only $600 a month with cable and water included. Landlord is cool as hell- younger black dude (maybe 28) who is never around. He is very cool and quick to respond to any problems you might have with the place.

Neighbors are quiet- we have had some rowdy nights in this little place and no one has ever complained.

Pets are fine, roomates are fine, Month to MOnth lease or long term. it is whatever- Also- we may be willing to leave some furniture and stuff here if someone needs it. PICS TO COME SOON (hopefully)
