^everyone questioned his sources, thats why i posted a source directly from the council itself, so it wouldnt be dismissed. Also, some discussions are dismissed immediately just by association with SB

It would be nice to beef up Mexico's border protections and then eliminate the U.S./Mexico border. I suspect it is easier to secure airports and ports than it is to secure open territory against terrorist infiltrators.

But anything else is worthless. we don't need a trinational court, a trinational council, etc. Everything we want can be worked out by treaty negotiations.

^^^ Well then, is there a particular part you wish to highlight? Afterall, it's probably unrealistic to drop a seventy page report into people's laps and simply ask them "Thoughts?" particularly after there were two other threads on the topic.

^it was more of a "thoughts" because there are two other topics that exixsted previously that were flamed for not actually having a reliable source, as well as dismissed based on the creator. The highlights have already been mentioned [in those topics].
