I need someone to take over my lease at University Commons off of Gorman St. The lease is from Jan. 1 2007 to Dec. 31 2007. Its right on the Wolfline, and parking is never a problem.

The lease is for $300 per month, but Im knocking off $25. So Ill give you the lease for $275 (includes water but no other utilities). Washer and dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove all included. Im also offering a free month of rent on top of the discounted rate.
