2-bedroom/2-bath $761/month (this rent is cheaper than Dominion Walnut Creek's current 2-bedroom rate)

We are seeking to transfer our lease at Dominion Walnut Creek in the begining of January (date flexible). The lease ends July 31, 2007. We will pay the $200 transfer fee to put the lease in your name.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment is a 2nd floor corner apartment that is within walking distance of Lake Johnson. The deck faces the woods, is 8'x8,' and fully covered. There is plenty of storage with a coat closet, 2 linen closets, walk-in closets and an exterior storage room. The living room has a vaulted ceiling. There is a washer/dryer hookup in the apartment. I will gladly give you my washer and dryer if you need a set. The apartment complex is heavily wooded with plenty of parking for yourself and guests. There are tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, pool, rec room, exercise room.

We're going to miss this place, but sometimes moving can't be avoided.

Visit the apartment website to see photographs and the floor plan: http://www.udrt.com/community11.htm

Please email kam39.duke.mail@gmail.com to set up an appointment or get further details.

Dominion Walnut Creek is accessed from Gorman Street (near the I-40 exit) and Lake Dam Road. It is super close to Cary Crossroads and NCSU.

We're moving because we purchased a house and need to transfer our lease.

Please let me know if you have any questions!
