What do you mean by a studio with a bedroom? Can you post pictures or possibly a floor plan or square footage? Does it have the balcony like most of the apartments out there? and what floor is it? And can the lease be renewed at the end of April?

Yes it has a balcony, and it has a dining/living area with a separate bedroom and bath. So it's not quite a studio because it's separate. I'll try to get a picture up tonight.

yeah i tried to live there in aug 2005, but they had a waiting list, tried to live there in novem 2005, still had the waiting list...was thinking about it in sept of 06, ernie said they had a long ass waiting list, sign with another apt. complex in nov 06, now see this thread

Yeah-- I got really lucky earlier last year and was able to start living here June 16th. You can't beat it.

i'm hoping kensington turns out better anyway...u got a nice ass pool, free wireless internet, fitness room, tennis court, volleyball court, also close to the wolfline like ivey commons

the things ivy commons has going for it is that its about 22 a month cheaper, and its newer
