If you want something different (and that you probably haven't seen), try and get Christmas in the Clouds. It's a very good independent flick that takes place at a Native American owned ski resort during the Holidays.

^^^ya i like how they give the santa clause 2 3 stars for moviemaking quality

and the santa clause 3 3.5 stars.

and bad santa zero

santa clause 2 was one of the worst movies I've ever seen(it was on a plane)

and home alone 3 four stars, god dammit, someone needs to be shot

"My family went to go see this movie for free because my sister worked at that theater. We started to watch it, but we left after only the first ten minutes. I believe that was about the time that three men dressed as Santa clause came out and attacked Arnold Swartzenager with nun-chucks. Hardly a "movie for the entire family".

OH NOES, NUN-CHUCKS.

OH NOES, MILD, PLAYFUL VIOLENCE.

VIOLENCE HAS NO PLACE IN MOVIES.

Any of the following would be great choices:
It's A Wonderful Life
Miracle On 34th Street
Holiday Inn (This movie is fantastic!)
White Christmas
Christmas in Connecticut

and if you can find it:
Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas

Now there's a throwback. But I totally agree. We have it on VHS somewhere in the house.
