I have a TV-tuner + capture device, it attaches through a USB 2.0 port, will that work? PM me.

On E-Bay they go for about $40 after shipping. I'll let you have mine for $20.

But you must have USB 2.0 working on your computer.

It has RCA and S-Video jacks for hooking up to your DVR, but it also has a built in TV tuner and remote control.
