We have two open bedrooms in our apartment, right at the corner of Clark & Chamberlain.

Rent is $250/mo, utilities run ~40 total per month. Each bedroom has it's own bath and shower. Washer + Dryer, Fridge and Oven. Private parking in the back and literally a stone's throw to campus.

Looking for professionals/graduate students, male or female. Non-smoking, no drugs, no pets, no party animals. We have pretty late schedules, very laid back. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished already, both bedrooms are unfurnished.

We will be living here until June, you are welcome to fill our spots after that or move on after June 30th.
