I've already made a thread about this but I was too vague about the problem, so here goes:
Windows is not showing either of my cd/dvd burners in My Computer. I've checked the BIOS and they DO show up there. I've tried going into Disk Management to give/change the drive letter but they dont show up here either. I did go into Device Manager and it said that it didnt have the software for the to drives and i've noticed that my computer is recognizing it as the wrong model (DVD Writer 400c instead of DVD Writer 400i). I also tried going to HP's website (it's made by HP) and all they have is updates. Does anyone have a solution to my problem? 12/31/2006 6:17:25 PM |
