I figured this was the last place I could go to ask for some info on this
Have any of you had issues with your PC and your 360 being able to link up? I am wanting to play the music on my xbox that is on my pc.
I have read about 10 FAQs online, used the Zune software, used the old Xbox360 Windows Connect software, opened all of the ports it suggets to open, enabled media sharing in all windows I can find it, gone into the windows firewall and "allowed" the media sharing software, and still cannot get them to see each other. When I try and share it, it still says "Media sharing is disabled"
Any thoughts?
bah, search didn't work the first time, and now I'm finding old threads about this
this can be deleted

and make sure the windows media connect service is running.
or you could install windows vista... and make sure the windows media connect service is running.
most importantly, you need to make sure the windows media connect service is installed and running. 1/2/2007 2:55:37 PM |
