Wofford also beat Cincinatti (a team we lost too)

Hopefully there won't be any struggles tonight and the PACK will roll

why must duke and ncstate insist on playing their games at the same time? and why must the ncstate games on at the same time as the duke games be on espnu FORCING me to miss one or the other in their entirety?

they need to make sure state games are never at the same time as duke games so us duke/ncsu fans won't have to deal with this unfair dilemma.

also don't schedule games during the orange bowl. what if duke or ncstate won the acc in football?

Yeah, how dare they schedule games with those two teams at the same time. I mean a good 95% of State fans must root for one of the schools biggest rivals who is located just 20 minutes down the road.

Same with Ohio State students. With so many Ohio State students also being huge Michigan fans I can't believe they'd schedule Big 10 games at the same time.

please don't compare it to ohio state michigan. this is BARELY a rivalry. duke is BARELY in north carolina if you know what i mean and it is not a rivalry to duke at all. ncstate kids only look at it as a big game because duke is so great at basketball. in football its just another game. even ecu and wake are much bigger rivals than duke.

ecu is most definitely not a bigger rivalry than duke in basketball. sure ncsu might care about the duke game more than duke cares about playing us. but ecu isn't even in the same conference, nor have they EVER beaten us or any other ACC school in basketball.

true rivals are rivals in every sport not just the on that the other is great at. if we played ohio state in football every year it would be a big rivalry to you guys just because they're great. i remember alot of state people were calling it a new rivalry after the home and home.

well duke is a bigger rival than ecu for basketball. there is no question of that. certainly not as big as unc-ncsu or unc-duke or even ncsu-wake, but duke-ncsu is a FAR bigger deal than ecu-ncsu. proximity and the fact that each team has beaten the other a fair amount of times has something to do with it.
