Did my first recording last night....pretty neat stuff. It takes a 'snapshot' of you every 10minutes (but you can adjust the time interval) with the webcam....and it also graphs all the data and your movements etc...

you can also set it to play different sounds like "beach sounds" depending on what state of sleep you are in.
