best deal they got is buy 1 get one free chicken breast...its 50 percent off but i look at that as buy 1 get one free
aunt jemamima(sp?) breakfast things are 10/10...normally 10/17.90 or so, thats almost buy 1 get 1 free...some giant bag of invididually wrapped doritos and cheetos and shit are normally like 9 bucks...on sale buy one get one free(i'd only get 1 of them, half off)

if i cut green bell peppers into slices i can eat them....i ate a carrot and celery over christmas also

Take some of the chicken you got earlier, marinate it in some hot sauce and worcestershire sauce, then cut it up and cook it in a skillet.
also, cut up a ton of onions and peppers into strips, and cook them in a skillet, with some salt and pepper and a bit of worcestershire.

Here's my idea. Cut waaaaaaay back on welfare and other useless government spending and instead subsidize local farming while using higher taxes on fast food, etc. to create consumer level price cuts on healthy food.

93/7 ground beef on sale for 2.49 a pound...i like getting the 93/7 kind so this was great
bags of chicken normally 9 on sale 2 for 9...hamburger helper(to go along with the 93/7 meat) 10 for 10 chicken helper on sale 10/10(goes with the chicken on sale tuna helper 10/10...goes good with al lthe cans of tuna i have

if u power shop on those deals alone you can eat filling meals for a while(dont just eat chicken with chicken helper, bake that shit too as a whole other type of meal)

Food Lion has a 3 day sale going on. I got the $2.99 24-pack of 16.9 oz. water. I've never had Food Lion's bottled water besides the gallon jugs, and its pretty good!
