Ok heres the deal. The guy who was supposed to move in with us backed out of us so wee need to fill this spot ASAP. Would prefer guys only at this time. Rent would be 278 and a third of utilities. The room will be vacant Sunday the 7th but that is probably negotiable. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other guy. The town home has alot of space with a half bath downstairs. yo for real i need a place for my friend to live, he is in trouble with his wife and needs a place to crash since she wont let him come back home. ill pay his rent because he lost his job due to what he did to his wife. ill even pay more of his utilities because he some times runs alot of electrical lights to keep his plants growing, know what i mean? some times he gets a little fucked up and wets the floor but isnt often. as far as sharing a bath room, i dont think it will matter cause he hasnt showered in like 3 weeks, but he wont be around you so no need to be smelling him so no need for him to shower. if he asks you for a golden shower, well then thats up to you. if you need references then ill give you his wifes number. holla and let me know when he can move in.
