Anyone know if there is a lab associated with plain EC205? When I registered for the class before break I wasn't prompted to register a lab.
I've searched for available EC205L sections in Packtracks and there are about 7 open. I cannot register for any of these because it tells me "I have to register for the lecture first or register for labs especially associated with the lecture section."
Any ideas? 1/8/2007 5:16:14 PM |

durrrr maybe email the professor and ask if there is a lab with his class? When I took it we didn't have a lab, but it was an honors section. 1/8/2007 7:26:12 PM |

depends on how much time you spend in lecture, but there should be a lab 1/8/2007 8:22:04 PM |

The professor isn't even located in the damn directory, nor on the Economics Department page.
Tracs still isn't letting me register any section at all, even if it conflicts/doesn't conflict.

Did you check for contact info/homepage in the course locker (courses.ncsu.edu)? That's kinda ridiculous not being able to contact a professor, but if it won't let you register you probably aren't going to need to. Either way, do they look like they'll fill up any time soon? 1/8/2007 11:07:28 PM |

Seems I was able to make initial contact with the professor.
Packtracks had her name mispelled on the schedule as well as a lack of hyphenation in her name which was throwing off my directory searches. 1/9/2007 12:54:58 AM |

fuck hyman for ec 205 that shit blew, every question you missed on the tests was 1 point off your final grade. the final was every question you got wrong was 1/2 a point. it was on a 15 point scale though and attendance was required. just fyi if you are getting him 1/9/2007 1:54:09 AM |

Look like E205L is only required for Dr. Hyman according to my professor.
That's very odd, but I don't have Hyman 1/9/2007 12:07:46 PM |
