Can anyone tell me if this is an easy A, or if you got an A how? And I am willing to buy the book from anyone who has it.

I definitely wouldn't think of it as an "easy A". However, it isn't too difficult to make an A if you don't miss class and take time to study your notes on a regular basis. If you don't keep up with the material it can become difficult.
