if i think i am going to get a blister, i put one of those squishy special blister band-aids on the area before doing anything active. they come in pretty big sizes too. 1/14/2007 8:09:59 PM |

krazy glue on pre-existing blisters after you've lanced them. seriously.
and when you're not playing ball, try walking around barefoot more on rough/hard surfaces like outdoors to build up your feet a bit more and speed up the development of calluses.
