So I used to use Dreamweaver MX 2004 and I would place Flash Encoded Video swf's using Insert > Media > Flash

With this I could choose the skin for the player before hand and then I would put everything (the flv, swf, and the skin swf file) in the same folder and everything would work fine.

see any of the motion stuff on http://www4.ncsu.edu/~imelsedo

Now since I've switched to Dreamweaver 8, things have gotten weird. If I follow the same steps that I have above, the skin at the bottom of the movies is completely gone and there is just a gray bar in it's place. Everything is done completely the same way. I know you can do Insert > Media > Flash Video and just pick the flv file and it creates the swf file for you, but the same skins aren't available as the ones I have been using and you can't make them external.

Anyone have any clue what I'm talking about?
