My boss told me to post this but she didn't provide many details.

Apparently you will be working for the Pres. of the company and be a jack of all trades.

It has a very good salary from what she's said (didn't give me a #) but no benefits.

They give a benefit allowance though to help pay for benefits.

No 401K but they do have other options that are similar.

please elaborate, 'good' is relative and WILL be the determinate since there is no benefits, health options.
