If we don't turn the ball over, we victor. We have a young inexperienced team that a little rattled today. Athletically duke can't match up with us. That said, we are still in the begining of the season and we have a ton of bball left. We will get it together and place somewhere around 4th in the conference this year. Just settle down guys, and listen to me here.

How did we play "bad"? Other than turnovers? Our peeps looked kind of sluggish on defense because we don't have adequate back up that can withstand duke offensive pressure. You peeps make it appear as if we're just terrible. I'm going to stand up for our guys when noone else does. I'm sorry, that's just how the E-Man is.

First off, Duke has one of the BEST defensive units in college Bball. They pride themselves off defense. Most of their opponents fail to have high satisfactory shooting averages. Fact.

No, please post them. I love stats and I will embrace them. Then thing is, when I analyze ball I focus on things that most people don't. I'm not denying that our shooting % was bad, but how we went out there and fought!! This team wasn't intimidated by duke at all, unlike past pack squads who (had the talent, size, depth) failed short of competiting. There is something special about this group of young classy men that we have this year.

What are your expectations? We are in a transitional year and we have a very young talented roster. I look at it like this, later on this season we will be great. Being comprised of mostly freshman/ sophmore has it's up's and down's. But think about the long road ahead instead of down right "bashing" us.

When I witnessed fells jump up and make that sweet juicy three under pressure, I said to myself "yeah, looks like we're going to be alright". I would like to thank all the "serious" non-state bashing individuals who continue to support us.

We looked horrendous today. We are one step too late (and that is being generous) everytime on help defense, we don't box out, and we do not run anything that resembles an offense. Gavin picks the ball up once he crosses midcourt and waits for some one to get the ball from him. Our big men look like Charles Barkley on the block and try to back people down. While doing that they don't see the double team coming and get the ball stripped, take a horrible shot, or travel. Dennis Horner constantly looks lost, Fells takes several offensive and defense series off, and Costner plays defense at a 4th grade level.

We are not good. We sucked balls today and we will continue to suck balls tomorrow.
