Well, as far as I understand it, in NC long guns must be shipped to an FFL, unless it's a FTF transaction from a bordering state. IIRC, you're in FL, right? Have your prospective buyer check with their FFL to make sure they accept private party transfers and ship it to them would be my advice. Double check FL law to be sure, it may require FFL to FFL transfer.
