I am leaving for a summer trip and need someone to sublease my room for the months of June and July 2007. I live in University Woods in a four-bedroom/four-bathroom apartment, and monthly rent is $295 plus electricity.

***Just wanted to add that electricity is usually about $25 a person every month, and that I have a great room with very little noise from the neighbors. Roommates are not often around, so the apartment is usually very quiet. My lease ends at the end of July, so if anyone wanted to start living there, you may be able to sign a lease and stay...don't know for sure, but its worth looking into...
