My boyfriend and I own a house in Cary of High house road. It takes e aproximatly 10-15 min to drive to NCSU every day. There are two bedrooms in the third floor that are open for rent. The two rooms share a bathroom. The house is three floors with the kitchen with living room on the main floor, laundry room and another HUGE room for rent on the bottom, and then the third floor with the two rooms for rent plus my room. The house has washer & dryer, two fireplaces, dishwasher, internet, cable, brand new couches and kitchen table, bar, 72 in screen tv in living room, etc. The house is in the process of being remodled so there is some painting that still has to be done and new carpet that will be getting put in once the painting is done. The two rooms for rent are already painted though. They are $300 a month plus 1/3 of utilities (if someone moves into the room in the basement then the utilities will be split 4 ways).
