I need someone to help my buddy learn english a little better.....he can speak it pretty well but need help reading and writing so he can get a licence and so forth.......dont hate were a melting pot.......Ladies prefered but let me know if you can help.........he will pay

At some level of English, speaking w/ natives does help and improve the language rapidly, but before that he has to work a lot on his own, like reading, writing, gramma, vocabulary, listening, and speaking. Each part must be worked out hard separately; it's just a matter of time and efforts: radio, tv, news papers, people... the whole environment.
English "teachers" aren't helpful at all, they just take money, make up a few sentences and gone, it's a total waste of time and money, any international student can confirm.
So, first he needs to work a lot at his reading, writing, gramma, vocabulary, listening, and speaking, and only after to start speaking w/ natives, this is the fastest way to learn any foreign language, especially English, it's easy.
