he played most of his career as a lead off hitter

he's had problems with his ankles the past few years, so he might have lost a step. but he still has decent speed and set a MLB record for most RBIs as a leadoff hitter early in his career

Yeah, as mediocre as Garcia was he could throw strikes and eat six innings easy. I would've liked to see Vasquez go first. Vasquez still has very good stuff, though, and he is prone to post a career year sooner or later. Danks is now the fifth starter so we might have an interesting first two months.

Regardless, I got tickets to Elvis Night in August. This shit is on.
