How big is the storage shed? IS there a garage? How much is lawn maintenance? How much parking space is there ('cause my bf has 2 cars and I'm gaining a truck). Square footage?

It has space for two cars in the drive way. There is no garage. There is space for 3 cars infront of the house.

The house is 1280 sq ft. The shed is 12'x12'. There is another storage 5'x8' closet in the back of the house. There is a little storge under "tree house".

There is very little backyard maintenance. The front yard has grass. We could talk about that issuse.
