its 805-840 sq. feet. I'm paying 655 now with a special rate. I'm going to find out today whether you would get the same rate or the reg. of 705. The lease is for 6 more months and you can extend it or do whatever you want to it. Upgraded cable is included in the rent. It also has brand new appliances. It's very nice. Let me know if you are interested and when you would want to move in!

No they mentioned that the new lessor might have to pay the reg. rate...I'm going to find out for sure whether they are going to give you the same rate. Are you interested??
