If you call or goto the DMV you should be able to get a new one no problem and also their website is very self explanatory but I don't know if you can just order a new one on the website without knowing your #!

Tony says everyone should know their DL #. I have no idea why but once in a blue moon people tend to get pinned down underneath an upside-down truck and the first thing the LEO wants to confirm is that you weren't drunk, so you recite your DL #.

Or some stupid shit like that.
