uhhh, why the hell not? it says i got a damn ticket, and when i went to claim it it came back with this shit. I swear to fucking allah, this online system is the worst thing to ever happen to student ticketing.

i am getting the same message....but its wierd, it shows my name in and that I am signed in on the top toolbar, but then it says I can't sign in and I can't access my tickets, claim tickets, view ticket history,etc....


worked fine when i requested them tthe other day

Yeah I won tickets and couldn't claim them. I figured it's because I graduated in Dec and they finally got around to updating the system.
