In decent shape - I have been using it occasionally for the last year or so. It works great other than a small burn in in the lower left quarter of the screen. Not noticeable at all, unless you are working on something where the screen is white, and then it is very light grey.

Comes with power cord and vga cable.

I upgraded to a flat panel, and thought someone could use this rather than have me throw it out. If interested shoot me a pm.
