take diphenhydramine hydrochloride - a.k.a. benadryll. enough of that will make you drowsy.

nyquil stopped adding pseudoephedrine to their formulation, so you won't be able to breathe as well as you did before the change.

theraflu has the highest amount of cold medicine available OTC. i've met lots of patients that swear by it.

unless you have to buy it from the behind the pharmacist counter (it has pseudoephedrine) then it is just about worthless as far as decongestant goes.
