I follow a sine-curve between 3 and 7

When I'm happy, it's because people are nice to me and I have pleasant conversations with them, or because I've achieved some good mathematical result, or because my column ran without a bunch of changes that fucked up the style.

When I'm miserable, it's because people don't laugh at my jokes and avoid me, or because I can't get any results from a mathematical standpoint, or because they took out a bunch of commas in my column and ruined the prose, or because I'm thinking about this one girl I fucked things up with earlier this year.
