Forte, you don't like Pagach's class? How come?
He is definitely more serious than Branson, but I think he's a good professor, he explains the material well and seems to be very fair. Which one are you in, the 10:15 or the early morning?

I thought Branson was great, too. I really miss his course notes. They were so helpful.

I'm thankful we don't have Griffin. I heard that she split the tests up, so you're taking one part on one day and the other on another day. That would drive my crazy.

I don't like the powerpoint lecture system, I much prefered Bruce and his notes system with the handouts. Plus that stupid cinema is not a good learning environment, though that's not Pagach's fault.

And trust me, I am very glad I don't have Griffin.

Griffin's nice!!!.... in that sorta evil way... kinda like you know she's a really good person and teacher... but its ACC 311... But yeah, she assigns a BUNCH of HW including vista quizzes of Pre-Tests and Post-Tests. I'm pretty much chuggin along right now... albeit painfully.

Though I'm sure it's more on the coursework rather than the professor, so sorta pick your poison kinda thing. I heard though it's the hardest ACC class in the major though, right up there with 330 and 450 I think.

And of course Dr. Branson!!! I'm probably setting myself up for later if I see you in the MAC program

Branson is great! best/favorite professor i've had at ncsu. i would recommend anyone with the opportunity to take Branson.. they should.

i have Griffin for ACC 311 now and i would not really recommend her. she is very nice, friendly, knows the material, will answer any question you have but... her structure and style of teaching isn't for me.

i also don't think the book is that great with problems (sorry Pagach ). it seems like there is a deficiency in terms of quality problems presented in the text. nothing that really prepares you for the hw problems or test questions.
