laptop or desktop?
update the firmware? make sure you can't burn anything using windows cd burning wizard. 2/23/2007 2:37:45 PM |

I had this same prob the other week with my new Dell laptop. The CD burning process would complete, but it wouldnt verify the CD. The CD was never actually written to. I had to RMA the drive, and got a replacement from Dell after dealing with their fucking incompetent tech support. 2/23/2007 2:59:30 PM |
