Should I defrag this drive?

This is one of my simulation computers for work. The drive above it is a backup drive and is just as bad. I wondered why my simulations were running a little slow

windows needs 15% minimum free space to defrag

so get a bit more space and you may need to run more than once

yea I've got about 8 GB's of temp files that I can delete

I defragged about a week ago, but I recently made some changes to my simulator I'm working on and did this much damage in about 5 days. eheh

What are you simulating? The best way to slow a hard drive to a crawl?
