Ok, this is for the people that are new and dont know how to post a picture.

I.  Locate Picture
    A. If it is on the web, skip to step II.
    B. If it is on your hard drive, you have to upload it to your TWW Photo Gallery.
        1. Click the "Photo Gallery" link on the top of the page.
        2. Click the "My Gallery" link near the top of the page you just arrived at.
        3. Click "Add Photos"
        4. Search for correct photo, and then Add Photo(s)
II. Get URL for Picture.
    A.  Click on thumbnail in your photo gallery, or find the full sized image on the web.
    B.  Right Click on the photo.
    C.  Click on "properties"
    D.  Copy URL listed for the photo.
III. Post the Picture.
    A.  Go to the thread you want to reply in and hit the "reply to topic" button.
    B.  Either
         1.  Click on the little picture icon right beside all of the smiley's and paste URL into the box 
              that appears.
         2.  OR Type in "image" surrounded with brackets... then the URL, and finally "[/image] 
IV.  Enjoy Your Picture.
